My Work
In private practice since 2008, I work with individuals, couples and groups with a broad range of psychological challenges. My aim is to provide a thoughtful, collaborative and practical approach to help people better understand themselves, the important relationships in their lives, and develop meaningful change.
I also provide professional supervision to individual and relationship therapists, with a particular interest in helping clinicians develop their confidence and effectiveness in relationship therapy.
